Geese for Christmas |

This year we have ventured into the livestock arena and decided to rear Geese for the Christmas table. At the beginning of July we collected 22 Goslings from a breeder and have been raising them at home. As a new venture this has been an interesting exercise and the geese have proven to be characturistic from noise and the occassional escape and wonder down the road.
The birds are now much bigger and are rapidly becoming ready for the table so if you are interested in one please let me know.
